I posted this just for you Hayley. (This is my Boo-Fucking-Hoo post)

A 27-year-old Tooele woman was sentenced in 3rd District Court Tuesday to one year in the Tooele County Jail for shaking an infant that was in her care.On Nov. 8, 2007, Tooele City police officers were dispatched to a home on Broadway Avenue and found 11-month-old Sabine Stokes lying on the kitchen floor unresponsive. Baby sitter Michelle Lee originally told police the child had fallen down the stairs, but physicians at Primary Children's Medical Center told police the child's injuries weren't consistent with a fall.Lee, who baby-sat young children in her home, later admitted to police that she had shaken the child for approximately eight seconds after becoming frustrated with the child's fussiness.Tooele County Deputy County Attorney Gary Searle said Sabine's life is now severely altered as a result of the shaking, which has also altered the lives of her parents."All three lives will never be the same," Searle said. "Ms. Lee will have to live with this the rest of her life."Tooele County Attorney Doug Hogan said Sabine now suffers from impaired balance, eyesight and development, but has been experiencing some slight improvements.Defense attorney Edward Brass told the court Lee was going through a significant of amount of stress in her life at the time the incident occurred, but said those individual problems weren't an excuse for her behavior.A 27-year-old Tooele woman was sentenced in 3rd District Court Tuesday to one year in the Tooele County Jail for shaking an infant that was in her care.On Nov. 8, 2007, Tooele City police officers were dispatched to a home on Broadway Avenue and found 11-month-old Sabine Stokes lying on the kitchen floor unresponsive. Following her release, Lee will be on probation for 48 months. She will also be required to complete parenting and life skills classes and ordered to participate in public awareness seminars on shaken baby syndrome at least six times per year. The court has ordered Lee not to participate in child care of any type, except for the care of her own two children. Now it really makes me mad that someone can oh poor bitch is going to have to live with this the rest of her life...boo fucking hoo!! She knew what she was doing was wrong the minute she did it other wise why did she tell the police that she had fallen down the stairs. Hummm. So not for one minute should anyone even feel one ounce of sorry for this bitch!!! I don't give a flying rats ass if she was having a stressful time in her life because you know so do other people but that doesn't mean we take it out on a defenseless child. Rememeber she is a defenseless child against a dumb inbred retard.
This so called "punishment" she received is just a fucking slap on the hand. It makes me think well if you want to commit child abuse just go and do it in Tooele, UT. You won't really do any time and have to speak at classes. Wow. Which brings up her speaking at classes??? She doesn't think she did anything wrong. It doesn't seem that she shows any remorse. She forgets I may not live there but I still have eyes and ears that do.
So I hope you are happy with yourself you dumb cunt because you may have got off easy here, but you will burn in hell where you and your piece of shit family belong!!!!

OMG! It is snowing in Las Vegas!

So I thought I left the snow behind in Utah...guess not! I am not loving this. Try living in a city where no one really knows how to drive in the rain muchless snow. AAARRRGGG! I am being a brat I know.
Well this week means I get to turn an other year older. I'm just so excited to be one more year closer to thirty. My life is nothing like I thought it would be at 26.
Oh well my birthday is the least of my stresses. Between trying to visit family, get invites to the wedding made and out I think I am going to loose my mind.
