Moab: Mostly Ostracized And Boredom

Well there are so many thoughts I am not sure where I should begin. Well we are in Moab officially. I was here for almost a whole week before I was back in Vegas. Josh went there with his boss to race his truck. So I am feeling like I haven't really adjusted yet. All of our stuff is mostly in boxes and we still have all the furniture on the trailer. I was really upset last weekend when I thought I would have to stay in Vegas all week with them when I found out it was snowing here. Imagine that what I was worrying about happened. Stuff got wet. Not only did it get wet, but it happened to be a tote (that for some reason had no lid on it) with all my dumb things I have collected over the years, but have sentimental meaning to me, got soaked.
I have spent all week cleaning and painting this place. They came and put new carpet in our bedroom today. I painted the living room first so I could put up the Christmas tree. I think the carpet guys were making fun of me for having no furniture and boxes everywhere but the tree was up and decorated. LOL Oh well! It makes me happy. So I am stuck in this stupid place and know no one. Hopefully things will look up for my birthday. It is frustrating that I left Vegas so we could be together and not even a whole week I am here and get left alone. So far this move blows!!!
Plus it is in the minus degrees here. I left warmer winters in Vegas why??? I hate the stupid snow!
